TV presenters Kirsty Gallacher and Gethin Jones have teamed up with some of Britain's top swimmers including Michael Jamieson, James Guy and Siobhan-Marie O'Connor, to star in Speedo's Dive In campaign, which aims to help the nation 'swim their way to fitness' by improving their front crawl.

The initiative offers 10,000 adults free 60 minute swim fit sessions at 50 pools nationwide. Jones commented 'I've always been able to swim front crawl, but with proper coaching from Speedo my stroke count decreased and my speed increased, after just one session'.
